RETURNS POLICY
General Policy

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return and refund you within the 30 day Returns Policy period.

Try on your item to make sure you absolutely love it! If not, you can easily return it in three easy steps:

  • Step 1: Request a return by logging in and going to My Returns within the first 30 days of receiving your goods.
  • Step 2: Fill out the return form (this will be inside your delivery box and you will be emailed a link to download it) and place it in the parcel.
  • Step 3: Return the parcel using your preferred option:
    • Courier or the Post Office: Ship the parcel to us using a courier or the Post Office. Since we do offer such discounted prices, the cost of the return is at your cost
    • Collection: Our courier partner will collect the parcel from the address you provide. A shipping fee of R60 will be charged for returns collected by us and will be deducted from the refund due.
    • Drop off (Cape Town only): Drop-off your return at our offices in Woodstock.

As soon as we receive your return we will contact you regarding your exchange and/or a refund.

Please note that:

  • We DO NOT accept returns on lingerie bottoms, earrings, fragrances and cosmetics.
  • We DO accept returns on lingerie tops, all swimwear (tops and bottoms), watches, sunglasses and jewellery (excluding earrings).
  • We do not accept returns on orders that are sent back to us exceeding the 30 day Returns Policy period.
  • No refund on shipping fees
  • No EFT refunds are given on gift vouchers. Another voucher will be issued to you.
  • Some accessories are covered by supplier warranties, please refer to the relevant description when purchasing the items. (For more information see section - Event Specific Terms)

Please note that:

  • If a watch cannot be repaired it will be replaced.
  • It can take between 2-4 weeks for a watch to be repaired.
  • If a watch cannot be replaced, you will be refunded.
Secret Sale & Warehouse Clearance Events
  • Due to these events being final clearance we will NOT be accepting any returns or exchanges.
  • Specific brands cannot be guaranteed in your order, and since it is final clearance we cannot accept returns.
Returns
  • When paying via Credit Card we offer exchanges when possible or refund the card used to place the order.
  • When paying via EFT or Bank Transfer we can offer a full refund to your account, unless you prefer vouchers.
  • Though we generally cannot cancel your order, you can return it within 30 days.
  • For your protection we recommend that you insure your package against loss and damage and request a delivery confirmation.
  • Since we are giving such incredible discounts on high end fashion brands we unfortunately cannot cover return delivery.
