Responsibilities

  • You will be managing our customer base on various platforms, not just reacting but also being proactive in delivering great service.
  • You will help out on our telephone line, email account, social media.
  • Social media feedback would be an advantage.

Experience

  • Two years experience in customer service - ecommerce would be an advantage.
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Matric
  • Diploma or Degree, preferred but not essential
